The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 8' x 10' with a two-wall design. It is classified as Class C fire rated and has an STC27 sound rating, making it a highly functional space suitable for various facility applications. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation to minimize downtime, along with detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, and an illustrated packing list. Each order comprises all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware needed for construction. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similarly sized panels. The door features a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing design with a large vision lite, painted to match the panel surfaces, and is factory-installed into a frame that positively locks into adjoining posts to eliminate door sag risk. Mechanical fasteners are provided for above and below the top hinge plate to reinforce connections, while wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases. Snap-in cover plates are included for concealing wiring yet allow quick access during and after setup. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, which consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities specified), with handy boxes that fasten to the connecting posts and cover plates for a neat appearance. All electrical devices bear the U.L. label. The Class C fire-rated panels feature a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, creating a lightweight, durable, and impact-resistant surface ideal for plant environments.
