The Porta-King Inplant Office is a modular space solution featuring a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 8' x 12' with a 2-wall configuration. It is designed for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order includes all necessary components such as wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite finished to match the wall panel surfaces, and all required hardware for assembly. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similar sized panels, while the connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing easy access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit is included, which comprises of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets, all bearing the U.L. label for safety. The Class C fire rated panels feature a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant surface suitable for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
