The Porta-King Inplant Office is constructed with white vinyl hardboard for both interior and exterior applications, measuring 10' x 16' with a 4-wall configuration. This office features Class C fire rating and STC27 sound rating, providing a highly functional working space within your facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that are easy to install, thereby minimizing downtime. Every order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Specifically, the package includes all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a vision lite that matches the wall panel's surface, as well as corresponding hardware for construction. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable. The door is factory-installed in a frame that locks into the adjoining post, preventing door sag, with additional mechanical fasteners provided for stability. The wall connecting posts function as vertical wiring chases, and each post includes 8' high snap-in cover plates for wiring concealment and accessibility. Additionally, the standard electrical kit features 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all of which are U.L. labeled. The Class C fire-rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, creating a lightweight and durable surface suitable for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
