The Porta-King Inplant Office is constructed with white vinyl hardboard for both interior and exterior surfaces, measuring 10' x 16' and consisting of three walls, classified as Class C fire rated with an STC27 sound rating, facilitating highly functional space within your facility. This kit includes all necessary components for assembly, with wall panels that are 8' high and 3" thick, and designed to be interchangeable with like-size panels. The package features a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door equipped with a large vision lite, painted to match the surrounding wall panel surfaces, and factory installed in a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag. Installation is reinforced through mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve a dual purpose as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates that conceal the wiring while allowing easy access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all U.L. labeled, with the handy box affixed to the back of the connecting post for a neat finish. The panels feature a laminated design with a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface bonded to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, creating a lightweight and durable, impact-resistant surface suitable for demanding plant environments.
