The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior with dimensions of 10' x 16' and a 2-wall construction that meets Class C fire standards and STC27 sound ratings, creating a highly functional space within any facility. The pre-engineered components allow for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and every order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Included in the package are all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and hardware required to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-sized panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door equipped with a large vision lite, painted to match the wall panel surfaces, and is factory installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate for additional reinforcement. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included for each post to conceal wiring while allowing easy access during and after setup. Furthermore, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities specified) with a handy box easily fastened to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices bear the U.L. label. The Class C fire-rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, resulting in a lightweight yet durable, impact-resistant surface ideal for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
