The Porta-King in-plant office features a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 12' with a 4-wall design that meets Class A fire rating and STC31 sound transmission class for enhanced functionality within your facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, suggested floor plans, and an illustrated packing list, along with all necessary components: wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a vision lite, and all required hardware. The 8' high, 3" thick wall panels are interchangeable, and the door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts, preventing sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided to reinforce this connection, while wall connecting posts double as vertical wiring chases, complete with snap-in cover plates for easy access. The standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation suitable for noisy environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
