The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 10' x 12', with a 4-wall configuration that meets Class C fire rating and STC27 sound control specifications, providing a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that simplify installation, thereby minimizing downtime. Every order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Included in the package are all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite painted to match the wall surfaces, and the required hardware for construction. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and are interchangeable with like-size panels. Each connecting post serves as a vertical wiring chase, with included 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring and provide easy access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets, along with a handy box and cover plate. All electrical components are U.L. labeled. The Class C fire rated panels incorporate a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, ensuring a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant surface suitable for plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
