The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed with gray vinyl hardboard for both interior and exterior surfaces, measuring 10' x 10' with a 4-wall configuration that meets Class C fire and STC27 sound ratings, creating a highly functional space within your facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that are easy to install, minimizing downtime, and features comprehensive instructions with suggested floor plan layouts and an illustrated packing list. Each order comes complete with all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and accompanying hardware. The 8' high wall panels are 3" thick and interchangeable with comparable panels, while the door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, supported by mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate for extra reinforcement. Additionally, wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates supplied for concealing wiring and ensuring easy access during and after installation. The standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all items bearing the U.L. label. The Class C fire rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight and durable, impact-resistant surface ideal for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
