The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed to optimize workspace efficiency with its gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior. Measuring 10' x 10', this modular structure consists of a 3-wall configuration and is classified as Class C fire rated with an STC27 sound rating, ensuring both safety and sound insulation. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, which minimizes downtime, along with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order encompasses all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel featuring a large vision lite, and the required hardware for assembly. The wall panels measure 8' high and 3" thick, with interchangeable sizes, while the door is factory-installed into a frame that securely locks into the adjoining posts to prevent sagging, reinforced with mechanical fasteners. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring with easy access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all bearing the U.L. label. The Class C fire rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight yet durable, impact-resistant surface suitable for industrial environments, available in gray and white color options.
