The Porta-King inplant office is designed with a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 10' x 16', featuring a 2-wall configuration that meets Class C fire and STC27 sound ratings, creating a highly functional space within your facility. This system is composed of pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation, thus minimizing downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. The complete kit provides all necessary wall panels, a connecting post, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite finished to match both the interior and exterior wall surface, along with required hardware for construction. Wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similar size panels. The door is factory installed in a frame that positively locks into the adjoining post, mitigating the risk of sagging, and is reinforced with mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. Wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring and providing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, which contains 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets with a handy box easily fastened to the back of the connecting post, all devices bearing the U.L. label. The Class C fire-rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard interior and exterior surface, laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant surface ideal for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
