Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 10' x 12' with a two-wall design, classified as Class C fire rated and STC27 sound rated. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. Necessary components comprise wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, interchangeable with like-size panels, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match the wall surfaces, and all necessary hardware for construction. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts, eliminating sag, with mechanical fasteners for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. Wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates for quick access to wiring. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box and cover plate for a finished appearance. All devices meet U.L. certification. The Class C fire rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight, durable, and impact-resistant surface suitable for plant environments.
