The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 10' x 12' with a 4-wall design, classified as Class C fire rated and boasting STC27 sound attenuation for creating a highly functional space within your facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, reducing downtime, and every order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The package includes all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels, while the door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door featuring a large vision lite painted to match the wall surfaces. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts also function as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring, allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, each order includes a standard electrical kit consisting of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets complete with a handy box and cover plate for a tidy finish. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class C fire rated panels are constructed with a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, resulting in a lightweight, durable, and impact-resistant design suitable for plant environments. The inplant office is available in gray and white color options.
