Porta-King inplant office, featuring a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measures 10' x 12' and consists of three walls, classified as Class C for fire safety with an STC27 sound rating, making it suitable for creating highly functional spaces within any facility. The pre-engineered components are designed for easy installation to minimize downtime, and every order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Included are all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made from 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite that is painted to match the wall panels, as well as the hardware required to construct the specific sizes and floor plans ordered. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels. The connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are provided for concealing wiring yet allow for easy access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit comprises 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box and cover plate for a polished appearance, all of which bear the U.L. label. The Class C fire-rated panels feature a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, resulting in a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant surface, available in gray and white color options.
