The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 10' x 20', consisting of four walls with Class C fire rating and STC27 sound attenuation, providing a highly functional space suitable for installation within any facility. The system is comprised of pre-engineered components designed for easy installation to minimize downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list, along with all necessary components including wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware required for the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high and 3" thick, interchangeable with like-size panels, while the door is a 3070 right-hand swing steel door made from 20-gauge steel, featuring a large vision lite that matches the interior and exterior wall surfaces. It is factory-installed in a frame that positively locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag, with mechanical fasteners provided above and below the top hinge plate for reinforcement. The wall connecting posts function as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring and provide easy access post-installation. Each order comes with a standard electrical kit, which includes 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115 Volt electrical outlets (also as specified), complete with a handy box that attaches to the back of the connecting post for a tidy appearance. Additionally, all electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class C fire rated panels comprise a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard laminate on a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant surface ideal for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
