Porta-King in-plant office is constructed with white vinyl hardboard for both interior and exterior, measuring 10' x 12' with a 2-wall design that meets Class C fire standards and STC 27 sound rating, delivering a highly functional space within your facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime, along with detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Every order comprises all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware for the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and are interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door featuring a large vision lite, both painted to match the interior and exterior wall panel surfaces, and is factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent door sag, reinforced with mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, supported by 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing access during and after assembly. Additionally, all orders include a standard electrical kit with 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), complete with a handy box attached to the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled, and the Class C fire rated panels have a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, which creates a lightweight, durable, and impact-resistant surface ideal for plant environments.
