The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 12' x 12', with a three-wall configuration. It boasts Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation, making it a highly functional space suitable for various facilities. The kit includes all necessary components for installation, such as detailed instructions with suggested floor plan layouts, an illustrated packing list, wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware needed for the specified sizes and layouts. The 8' high, 3" thick wall panels are interchangeable, while the door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door equipped with a large vision lite that matches the wall panel surfaces. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforcement. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included for concealing wiring, allowing easy access during and after setup. Additionally, each order comes with a standard electrical kit, which includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with handy boxes for easy fastening to the connecting posts and cover plates for a neat finish, all bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, ideal for noisier environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
