Porta-King inplant office features gray vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior surfaces, measuring 12' x 16' with a 4-wall configuration, designed to create a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes all necessary pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime, along with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Components provided include wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable, a 3070 door made of 20-gauge steel with a right-hand swing and a large vision lite, all painted to match the wall surfaces. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners supplied for additional reinforcement. Wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, featuring 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access. The standard electrical kit consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box and cover plate, all bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels include a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation suitable for noisy environments.
