The Porta-King in-plant office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 10' x 20' with a 2-wall configuration, offering Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation, creating a highly functional space suitable for any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that are easy to install, minimizing downtime, along with detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, and an illustrated packing list. Included in every order are all necessary components such as wall panels measuring 8' high and 3" thick, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite that matches both the interior and exterior wall panel surfaces, and corresponding hardware for construction. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforced connection above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, complemented by 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealed wiring and easy access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all with U.L. labeling, along with a handy box and cover plate for a neat finish. The Class A fire rated panels comprise a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation ideal for noisy environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
