The Porta-King inplant office is designed to create a highly functional space within your facility, featuring gray vinyl drywall both internally and externally, with dimensions of 10' x 20' and a 2-wall configuration. The Class A fire-rated and STC31 soundproof panels are comprised of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing exceptional sound attenuation, ideal for noisy environments. This kit includes all necessary components for installation, such as wall panels that are 8' high and 3" thick, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right hand swing door with a large vision lite, and all hardware required for assembly. The door is factory installed in a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners supplied for added stability. Each connecting post functions as a vertical wiring chase, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access to concealed wiring. A standard electrical kit is also included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all with a U.L. label for safety compliance. The panels are available in both gray and white color options and come with detailed installation instructions and suggested floor plan layouts.
