The Porta-King in-plant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 8' x 12' with a 3-wall configuration. It is designed to create a highly functional space within any facility, utilizing Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation for optimal performance. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime, as well as detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. Each order contains all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and the hardware needed for construction. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and are interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is factory-installed into a frame that positively locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging and is reinforced with mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. Additionally, wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access to wiring. The order also includes a standard electrical kit featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all of which include a handy box for secure installation and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices bear the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation suitable for noisy environments and available in gray and white color options.
