The fluid level sight glasses GN 743 are constructed from genuine glass, ensuring high stability and scratch resistance. They feature a sealing mechanism with an O-ring located on the periphery, which prevents leakage due to axial pressures, as the seal is securely housed in a groove that eliminates the risk of loss and prevents extrusion during tightening. The design accommodates a softer elastomer, enhancing the sealing capability. Suitable for use on pressurized oil tanks, the NBR seal offers a maximum heat resistance of 100° C (212° F). For installation on walls with a thickness of less than 4 mm, the use of nut GN 543.1 is recommended. The sight glasses are available with or without a reflector, providing versatility in application.
