The Fluid Level Sight Glass GN 743.1 is made of genuine glass with high stability and scratch resistance, featuring a sealing O-ring positioned on the periphery rather than the face edge, ensuring that leak tightness remains unaffected by axial pressures. The seal is securely housed in a groove to prevent loss and extrusions during tightening, with the design also allowing for the use of a softer elastomer for improved sealing efficiency. This sight glass is suitable for use on pressurized oil tanks and is equipped with a Viton seal, which can withstand temperatures up to 180°C (356°F). For installation on walls with a thickness of less than 4mm, the use of nut GN 543.1 is recommended.
