The Fluid Level Sight Glass GN 743.1 is crafted from genuine glass for high stability and scratch resistance. It features a sealing mechanism with an O-ring located on the periphery, ensuring that leak tightness is maintained even under axial pressures, as the seal is housed in a groove to prevent loss and extrusion during tightening. The design incorporates a softer elastomer for enhanced sealing performance. Suitable for use on pressurized oil tanks, the sight glass includes a Viton seal with a maximum heat resistance of 180° C (356° F). For installation on walls with a thickness of less than 4mm, the use of nut GN 543.1 is recommended.
