The GN 537 fluid level sight glasses are designed for easy installation without the need for threading, as they are inserted into the bore D2 with a tolerance of H11. Installation is achieved by tightening the ring nut using the pin key, which compresses the seal against the contact surface, securing the sight glass in place. Removal involves reversing this process. These sight glasses are suitable for use in non-pressurized or slightly pressurized tanks. They can withstand a maximum heat resistance of 80° C (175° F).
