The Fluid Level Sight Glass GN 743.1 features genuine glass that is highly stable and scratch-proof, with sealing achieved through an O-ring positioned on the periphery rather than the face edge, ensuring that leak tightness remains uncompromised by axial pressures. The seal is securely housed in a groove to prevent loss and extrusion during tightening, and its location allows for the use of a softer elastomer, enhancing sealing effectiveness and ease of installation. This sight glass is suitable for use on pressurized oil tanks and includes a Viton seal with a maximum heat resistance of 180° C (356° F). For installations on walls with a thickness of less than 4mm, the use of nut GN 543.1 is recommended.
