OHAUS® heavy duty shakers are engineered to manage a variety of applications, delivering reliable orbital shaking action regardless of the task's complexity. The digital models ensure precise speed control for applications requiring consistent outcomes, while non-digital variants serve as a cost-effective option. This product line includes eight models with load capacities from 16 kg to 68 kg, making them suitable for maximizing throughput and efficiency in laboratory settings. Key features encompass applications such as cell cultures, solubility studies, extractions, bacteria and yeast cultures, staining/destaining, immunoassays, protein studies, and blotting techniques. The shakers feature independent LED displays for speed and time, allowing simultaneous viewing of both settings, as well as control knobs with dial markings in analog models. They are equipped with a detachable 3-wire cord and plug and possess an RS232 interface for two-way communication, relevant for data logging and unit control in digital models. Constructed from cold rolled steel (CRS), these shakers also include a built-in tray measuring 11 x 13 inches (28 x 33 cm) with a non-slip rubber mat.
