OHAUS® reciprocating shakers are engineered for various applications, including cell cultures and extraction procedures, that demand accurate and repeatable results. These shakers deliver consistent, uniform shaking action with a back-and-forth reciprocating motion featuring a stroke length of 19 mm. They utilize permanently lubricated ball bearings and a maintenance-free, brushless DC motor for reliable service and continuous-duty operation. The kit includes independent LED displays for speed and time, enabling the operator to monitor both settings simultaneously, and a detachable 3-wire cord with plug. Constructed from cold rolled steel (CRS), the design includes a built-in tray measuring 11 x 13 inches (28 x 33 cm) with a non-slip rubber mat. This equipment is ideal for chemical extractions, blood sample mixing, gel staining, cell cultures, and solubility studies.
