The Ruffneck™ CR1 Triton™ unit heater is a corrosion-resistant washdown heater specifically designed for non-hazardous locations and applications utilizing water pressure of less than 70 psi. This washdown unit heater comes with a thermostat and operates at 480V, 3-phase, with a power output of 10kW. The Ruffneck™ CR1 Triton™ series represents a new generation of NEMA 4X corrosion-resistant heaters, featuring the first UL-listed type 4X heater with models available ranging from 3 kW to 39 kW. Key attributes include a fully NEMA type 4X epoxy-coated fan blade, a robust 16-gauge stainless-steel cabinet, custom-configured stainless-steel heating elements, and optional built-in accessories. It also includes a stainless-steel wall/ceiling mounting kit, 120 V controls, and a stainless-steel temperature high-limit feature. This unit heater provides increased safety and protection against water penetration, enhanced corrosion resistance for prolonged durability, improved heat distribution, and flexibility in field installation, including adaptable mounting options. It is hardwired for electric fuel type, suitable for indoor use only, and includes a blower.
