The Defender™ 3000 series bench scales are designed for general weighing, parts counting, checkweighing, and totalization applications in production, packaging, warehouse, inventory, shipping, and receiving areas. The scales feature a simple yet rugged tubular-frame base design with indicators that have tactile keys and a multicolor backlit 7-segment LCD display. They operate using an internal power supply with a power cord (included), 6C (LR14) batteries (not included), or a rechargeable battery. Communication options include standard RS232 and optional USB device or Ethernet connectivity. The construction consists of an ABS housing and a powder-coated steel mounting bracket, with a design that includes 150% overload protection.
