The Durapan™ light gauge one-third size pan measures 6-7/8" x 12-3/4" and has a depth of 6". This pan is constructed from 18-8 stainless steel, which prevents jamming during storage, and features double reinforced corners along with a unique impact-resistant edge design that helps maintain its shape under tough conditions. It provides a tight seal for improved temperature retention, while a full shoulder around the pan prevents jamming during storage. The tapered design allows for compatibility with standard food pan templates and stacking or nesting with most leading brands for convenient storage. The spoonable bottom enhances serving yield and simplifies cleaning. Designed to fit into Carlisle's Coldmaster® cold pans, the Durapan™ eliminates the need for messy and unsanitary ice baths. These versatile stainless steel food pans can transition from freezer to oven to serving line, making them ideal for cook-chill operations. They are available in industry-standard 22 gauge or economical 24 gauge options, with NSF certification for quality assurance.
