The Edwards 877 DC series are low-current high decibel vibrating horns designed for heavy-duty use, compatible with PLC models, and are UL listed to NEMA 4X enclosure requirements. They feature a completely assembled construction with a corrosion-resistant finish, utilizing a durable electrostatic heat flowed powder epoxy gray finish. These horns can be mounted on conduit or any flat surface, with a drilled and tapped hole on the top for 3/4" (19mm)-14 NPT conduit, and knockouts located at the bottom and rear of the unit. They are ideal for use in indoor applications, particularly where a distinctive urgent signal is needed for outdoor or weatherproof requirements such as timing, scheduling, paging, general alarm, personnel warning, and emergency evacuations. The kit includes the 872-PO plastic projector AdaptaHorn accessory, which snaps onto any AdaptaHorn and is available as a separate item.
