Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics high-performance tanks are designed for durability and functionality, featuring exacting CAD-based designs and constructed from the highest quality virgin resins. These translucent tanks include molded-in graduations for easy measurement and are rated for use with media having a specific gravity of up to 1.8. When a fiberglass casing is utilized, the tanks can accommodate media with a specific gravity of 2.2, providing additional structural support and preventing bulging at the bottom. Casings are essential for media with a specific gravity exceeding 1.8 or for prolonged use at elevated temperatures. An optional factory-installed casing is available for separate purchase and must be acquired alongside the tank.
