Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics high-performance tanks are designed for durability and functionality in various general purpose applications, featuring exacting CAD-based designs and constructed from the highest quality virgin resins. These translucent tanks include molded-in graduations for easy measurement and are rated for use with media having a specific gravity of 1.8, which can increase to 2.2 when utilizing a fiberglass casing. Casing is essential for providing structural support, preventing bulging at the tank's bottom, and is required for media with a specific gravity greater than 1.8 or for use under prolonged elevated temperatures. An optional factory-installed casing is available for purchase separately.
