The Saint Gobain PP 100-gallon conical-bottom tank with cover measures 32 inches in diameter and 38 inches in height, featuring a 1/4-inch wall thickness and an off-white color. This high-performance tank is designed with CAD-based precision using the highest quality virgin resins, ensuring tough construction suitable for general purpose applications. It is translucent and incorporates molded-in graduations for easy measurement. The tank features a 30-degree cone angle, which allows for complete drainage of solids and improved dispersal. It requires easy installation of welded or bulkhead fittings, and a metal stand is necessary for support, providing an 18-inch clearance from the floor to the bottom of the tank (12 inches for the 10-gallon variant). This tank is specifically required for use with media having a specific gravity greater than 1.8 or for prolonged use at elevated temperatures. An optional factory-installed casting is available for separate purchase along with the tank.
