The Saint-Gobain PP 150-gallon conical-bottom tank with cover measures 32 inches in diameter and stands 57 inches high, featuring a 1/4-inch wall and an off-white color. Designed by Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics, these high-performance tanks are renowned for their durability and reliability in various applications. The tanks are translucent and include molded-in graduations for easy measurement. The conical-bottom design boasts a 30-degree cone angle to ensure complete drainage of solids and improved dispersal of materials. Installation of welded or bulkhead fittings is straightforward, and a metal stand is required for support. The clearance from the floor to the bottom of the tank is 18 inches, with a 12-inch clearance on the 10-gallon version. This tank is necessary for media with a specific gravity greater than 1.8 or for prolonged use at elevated temperatures. An optional factory-installed casting is available for separate purchase, which must accompany the tank.
