These translucent tanks are equipped with molded-in graduations for ease of use and are rated for 1.8 specific gravity media, with an increased rating of 2.2 when a fiberglass casing is used. The casings not only provide vital structural support but also prevent bulging at the bottom of the tank, making them essential for media with a specific gravity exceeding 1.8 or for prolonged use at elevated temperatures. Optional factory-installed casings are available for separate purchase alongside the tank.
