The PROTO® 3/8" Drive deep impact socket 19 mm - 6 point, 2-3/4" long features a TORQUEPLUS™ design that provides a high performance drive configuration, enabling quick and easy socket engagement to the fastener flats rather than the corners. This radius-corner design shifts contact area and stress away from the fastener corners and distributes contact stresses over a large area of the socket, minimizing slippage and reducing fastener rounding. It is ideal for use on stubborn, damaged, worn, rounded, or rusted fasteners, including those made from soft materials, helping to extend fastener life. The 6 point impact socket includes a side locking hole and has the size (19 mm) stamped on the tool for easy identification. It is 2-3/4" long and designed for use with a 3/8" drive.
