The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed specifically for mobile users in controlled environments, effectively protecting against contamination and static, which are the primary sources of issues in cleanrooms. This ESD-safe apparel is constructed from TX4000 ESD grid fabric that comprises 99% polyester and 1% carbon. It features an open face design with snap-under-the-chin closures, two vertical snaps at each side of the temples, and vertical and horizontal snaps located at the back and shoulders to ensure a secure fit. The garment includes a rolled hem and is designed to electrically connect to an ESD coverall for ground continuity via two snaps. It is reusable and launderable, adhering to ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (Class 1000). Furthermore, it meets the requirements established by ANSI/ESD S20.20 for electrostatic discharge control.
