The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed for mobile users in controlled environments, offering protection against contamination and static, which are primarily generated by people. This system employs TX4000 ESD grid fabric, consisting of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, to ensure effective static control. The garment features an open face design with snap-under-the-chin closures, two vertical snaps at each side of the temples, and additional vertical and horizontal snaps located at the back and shoulders for secure fitment. The rolled hem enhances durability, while the garment electrically connects to an ESD coverall for ground continuity through two snaps. This system is reusable and launderable, adhering to ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (Class 1000) and meeting the requirements for ANSI/ESD S20.20 compliance.
