The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed for mobile users in controlled environments, offering essential protection against contamination and static, which are primary sources of disruptions in cleanrooms. This ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, designed to be open face with snap-under-the-chin closures, two vertical snaps at each side of the temples, and vertical and horizontal snaps located in the back and shoulders. The system includes a rolled hem and is engineered to electrically connect to an ESD coverall for ground continuity using two snaps. The garments are reusable and launderable, making them sustainable for long-term use. The TX4000 system complies with ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (Class 1000) and meets the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20, ensuring reliability in maintaining a clean and static-free environment.
