The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed for mobile users in controlled environments, providing essential protection against contamination and static, which are primarily caused by personnel. The garment features a TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, ensuring optimal performance. It includes an open face with snap-under-the-chin closures, two vertical snaps on each side of the temples, and additional vertical and horizontal snaps located in the back and shoulders for a secure fit. The rolled hem enhances durability, while the electric connectivity to ESD coveralls ensures ground continuity through two snaps. This product is reusable and launderable, meeting ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (Class 1000) and complying with ANSI/ESD S20.20.
