The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is an ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel designed specifically for mobile users in controlled environments, effectively protecting these environments from contamination and static, which are primarily caused by people. The garment features TX4000 ESD grid fabric made of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, an open face design with snap-under-the-chin closures, and two vertical snaps at each side of the temples. Additionally, it includes vertical and horizontal snaps at the back and shoulders, a rolled hem, and the ability to electrically connect to an ESD coverall for ground continuity via two snaps. The product is designed for circularity, being reusable and launderable, and meets ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (Class 1000). Furthermore, it complies with the standards required for ANSI/ESD S20.20, ensuring effective static control within controlled environments.
