ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel is designed for mobile users in controlled environments. The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system protects the controlled environment from the primary sources of contamination and static attributed to people. It effectively manages electrostatic charges, which can degrade or destroy products and equipment while attracting unwanted particles. The TX4000 garment system features TX4000 ESD grid fabric made of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, an open face with snap-under-the-chin closures, two vertical snaps at each side of the temples, and vertical and horizontal snaps at the back and shoulders. It includes a rolled hem and electrically connects to an ESD coverall for ground continuity with two snaps. This product is reusable and launderable, complies with ISO cleanroom standards (ISO 6/Class 1000), and meets the standards required for ANSI/ESD S20.20.
