The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed for mobile users in controlled environments, effectively protecting against the primary source of contamination and static found in cleanrooms: people. The garment features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, an open face with snap-under-the-chin closures, and two vertical snaps on each side of the temples, along with vertical and horizontal snaps in the back and shoulders for a secure fit. Additionally, it has a rolled hem and electrically connects to an ESD coverall for ground continuity via two snaps. This apparel is reusable and launderable, compliant with ISO cleanroom standards (ISO 6 or Class 1000), and meets the requirements set forth by ANSI/ESD S20.20, ensuring reliable performance in controlled environments.
