The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is an ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel specifically designed for mobile users in controlled environments, providing protection against the primary sources of contamination and static in cleanrooms: people. The system features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, with an open face design, snap-under-the-chin closures, two vertical snaps at each side of the temples, and additional vertical and horizontal snaps at the back and shoulders. The garment includes a rolled hem and is electrically connected to an ESD coverall for ground continuity with two snaps. It is reusable and launderable, meeting ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (class 1000), and complies with ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards.
