The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is an ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel designed for mobile users in controlled environments, effectively protecting these environments from contamination and static generated by personnel. The system features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, an open face with snap-under-the-chin closures, and two vertical snaps on each side of the temples. Additionally, it includes vertical and horizontal snaps located on the back and shoulders, a rolled hem, and the ability to electrically connect to the ESD coverall for ground continuity through two snaps. This garment demonstrates product circularity as it is reusable and launderable. It is compliant with ISO cleanroom standards, specifically ISO 6 (Class 1000), and meets the standards required for ANSI/ESD S20.20, providing essential protection in sensitive manufacturing processes.
