The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed for mobile users in controlled environments, providing essential protection against contamination and static, which are primarily caused by human operators. This ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, an open face with snap-under-the-chin closures, and two vertical snaps at each side of the temples. Additionally, it includes vertical and horizontal snaps at the back and shoulders, a rolled hem, and allows for electrical connection to ESD coveralls for ground continuity through two snaps. The garment is reusable and launderable, suitable for ISO cleanroom environments classified as ISO 6 (Class 1000), and meets the standards required for ANSI/ESD S20.20.
