The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is an ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel designed specifically for mobile users in controlled environments, aimed at protecting the environment from contamination and static generated by individuals. The system includes TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, featuring an open face with snap-under-the-chin closures, two vertical snaps at each side of the temples, and vertical and horizontal snaps at the back and shoulders. Additionally, it features a rolled hem and electrically connects to ESD coveralls for ground continuity with two snaps. The garment is designed for product circularity, being reusable and launderable, and meets ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (Class 1000) while complying with ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards.
