The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed for mobile users in controlled environments, providing essential protection against contamination and static electricity, which are primary sources of interference in cleanrooms. The garment is constructed from TX4000 ESD grid fabric comprising 99% polyester and 1% carbon, featuring an open face with snap-under-the-chin closures, two vertical snaps on each side of the temples, and additional vertical and horizontal snaps located in the back and shoulders. The design includes a rolled hem and allows for electrical connectivity to an ESD coverall for ground continuity via two snaps. The garment is reusable and launderable, ensuring product circularity. It complies with ISO cleanroom standards, specifically ISO 6 (Class 1000), and meets the requirements established by ANSI/ESD S20.20.
