Super Air Amplifier kits include a Super Air Amplifier, shim set, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. These quiet, efficient air amplifiers create output flows up to 25 times their compressed air consumption rate by utilizing the Coanda effect, pulling in large volumes of surrounding air through a fixed air gap to produce high volume, high velocity outlet flows. Both vacuum and discharge ends can be ducted, making them suitable for drawing fresh air or moving smoke, fumes, cooling, cleaning, drying, heat distribution, ventilation, dust collection, and exhaust applications. They are rated for environments up to 700°F (374°C), are compact, lightweight, portable, require no electricity or maintenance due to no moving parts, have easily ducted ends, instant on/off functionality, variable force and flow, and produce no RF interference. Compared to venturies and ejectors, they deliver more air with lower compressed air consumption, higher flow amplification, no internal obstructions, comply with OSHA pressure and noise requirements, and operate quietly. EXAIR air amplifiers comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away.
